Sometimes a restaurant can be the perfect venue for a wedding and/or reception.
Cullen’s Upscale American Grille provides classy, tasteful service (pun intended) for wedding parties. For example, I photographed Kristen and Jerry’s wedding reception which was held at Cullen’s. It was a warm, inviting atmosphere, with lighting that worked really well for photography. Having their wedding reception at Cullen’s made sense for this sharp couple. Considering the fact that restaurants played quite a big role in their getting acquainted and the marriage proposal, Cullen’s was the perfect choice! Kristen was living in Austin and Jerry commuted to Austin weekly from Dallas for work. They first met at a restaurant in Austin and ended up dating for 4 years before Jerry proposed. The proposal took place at a restaurant in Dallas during a Cowboys game. He put the ring box on the table and it took Kristen a while to notice it was there. She wasn’t expecting it and was wonderfully surprised! With so many incredible moments experienced at restaurants, why not keep the ball rolling?!
Cullen’s is much more than an upscale restaurant. They have beautiful ballrooms and private dining areas. You may have even heard about “Macy’s Table”; a private dining room suspended from the ceiling for up to 12 guests with glass walls and a panoramic view of the main dining room. Cullen’s Upscale American Grille combines the culinary skill of Chef Paul Lewis with outstanding service. You’ve got to see the photos from Kristen & Jerry’s wedding reception to understand what I’m talking about! You’ll definitely want to add Cullen’s to your list of possible wedding/reception venues.
Cullen’s is for the bride and groom with great taste! By the way, this couple has great taste in everything from the designer cake & bouquets, the venue, and yes, even the wedding photographer! Kristen purchased her wedding gown in Dallas at Mockingbird Bridal. She found it on the very first day of trying gowns on! The cake was made by Cakes by Gina and Kristen designed it herself. There were four bridesmaids & groomsmen, and around 150 guests at the wedding. All of their family members and close friends were in attendance which made their day extra special! The luxury continued on their Eastern Caribbean honeymoon cruise with stops in Grand Turk, St. Maarten & St. Thomas. Our best wishes to the happy bride and groom!
